"Miss Kelly" for Pink Chandelier

I am so excited to announce that Pink Light is launching a new line named Pink Chandelier! Our Pink Chandelier collections will of course still have fun, vibrant colors, and a happy, whimsical feel. We have simply added a twist of sophistication! The first in our new line is named "Miss Kelly"...after the lovely Grace Kelly, of course. As I'm a bit obsessed with classic films at the moment. Enjoy! (You can double click image to view it larger)

Pink Happy Thought of the day: Be who you are. Always strive for improvement, but love where you are right now. Celebrate yourself. Celebrate life!

Jillson & Roberts purchased this fun print from us at Surtex and I was so excited to get this product shot from them today! It's a thrill to create and sell artwork but it's MOST FUN to see how the finished product comes out. Big thanks to Jillson & Roberts! And it's part of their eco collection. Love it!

Where Women Create

Just came across this amazing magazine, interestingly enough, as I am dreaming of my new office space. It's called Where Women Create. Visit their website here and click here to see a few more spreads (scroll to the bottom). It's so beautiful and inspiring to see the lovely interiors of creative feminine minds....what joy!

Happy thought: "Whatever you can imagine you can create."

My art at Nordstrom

I will be able to see my art at Nordstrom for a few more seasons so I will enjoy every bit and remember all the fun I had creating flowers and butterflies and frogs and trees and dinos and scrolls and flowers and snails and trains and polka dots and stripes and.....what fun! What a great place to start! I am so grateful for this experience and all that I learned. Enjoy...

intarsia pattern for a poncho

oh teddy bears...
and flowers and butterflies...my specialty...
pj's are the most fun of course!
snowmen on garnet...

Happy thought for tomorrow..."Live your passion!"

The Cross Decor and Design

While in Vancouver a few weeks ago I visited The Cross, a beautiful and unique home decor and design store in Yaletown. Here are a few shots. I keep dreaming of decorating my new office and home with lovely items from this store. Visit their website here and their blog Things we Love here.

So beautiful...
I am absolutely crazy about ornate vintage mirrors. The Cross is the place to find one. They have all shapes and sizes.
Home sweet home...
Love the mix and match of patterns and textures here. And I of course love a white couch!
The texture and soft colors here are so nice...a pretty sorbet palette.
I don't have words for this one...I just love.

pretty...
The pink elephant teapot is so cute! And I'm hearing that elephants are a must have motif for the next few seasons...a tip for all you fabulous designers out there!

Here's to more travels so that I can share my pix with you!

And a happy thought for the day...

"As I give, I receive. I give my best and I expect the best of everything". -Edwene Gaines

Just look around at all the beautiful colors....
