I hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday season with friends and family! This happens to be one of my favorite times of the year. Reflecting on the past year and lessons I have learned along the way. Thinking about ways I can do better in the coming year and setting my intentions high.
I know that many people close to me had a challenging 2011. It was a year full of intense change, loss, separation from family and a lot of movement, which can be very unsettling. In light of these transitions, may we embrace all that we have experienced, learned, and gained from 2011. May we bless and release what we need to so that the light will shine on us every so brightly in the coming year!
